Sweat Soy Bean

Tempe Bacem is Indonesian Traditional Recipe

Ingredients:
500 gr soy bean (tempe), cut inti 4 x 2 cm
3 tablespoon sweet soya sauce
1 cm galangan, bruised
750 ml coconut water
700 gr javanesse sugar
2 salam leave

Finely pounded spices into paste:
6 shallots
1 teaspoon corriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin
3 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Place soy bean (tempe) inside cooking pan, add coconut water, spices paste & all ingredients.
Move to boil and Reduce the heat to small, let until dried. Deep fry the soy bean with medium heat till browned on all side & serve.
