Sesame Chicken Thighs

Sesame Chicken Thighs are easy & delicious.

10 ea Chicken thighs
3 tblsp Light soy sauce
1/8 tsp Grated fresh ginger
3 tblsp Cornstarch
2 tblsp Dry Sherry
4 tblsp Raw sesame seeds
1 x Peanut oil for deep frying

Slice the chicken thighs in half across the bone. Marinate them in the soy sauce, ginger, sherry & enough cornstarch to make a thick sauce for 1 hour. Pour the sesame seeds. Deep fry pieces in peanut oil at 375 degrees till browned. Serve Sesame chicken thighs.
