Butterfly Chicken Salad Recipes

Ingredients for Chicken Salad Recipes:
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges,drained
1 celery stalk, sliced thin
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 cup chow mein noodles
1/2 cup salted peanuts, toasted
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
4 cups lettuce, shredded

Method of preparation for Chicken Salad Recipes:
Combine sugar, oil, cider vinegar, salt and pepper in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake until well mixed.

In a bowl, Combine the chicken, lettuce, oranges, onion and celery. Mix in chow mein noodles and peanuts. Pour on salad dressing and mix until well coated. Serve immediately.
