Flatten the chicken breasts so they are relativly the same thickness, approximately 1/4 inch thick. Heat the butter & olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the flatten chicken breasts for about 1-2 mins each side. Move out & reserve to a platter & binding with tin foil to keep warm.
