Chicken Piccata

These Chicken Piccata recipes are easy, quick and delicious. Just check these out and I’m sure you’ll be amazingly surprised.
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 tblspn olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
1 tblspn butter
Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tblspn fresh lemon juice
1 Tbl. fresh flat leafed parsley

Flatten the chicken breasts so they are relativly the same thickness, approximately 1/4 inch thick. Heat the butter & olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the flatten chicken breasts for about 1-2 mins each side. Move out & reserve to a platter & binding with tin foil to keep warm. Deglaze the pan with the wine & lemon juice, loosening all of the browned bits stuck to the pan. Transfer to a boil. Add salt & pepper, add the parsley.
Plate the chicken breasts along with your sides, pour sauce & serve Chicken Piccata. Good Luck!
